Another new member from Oklahoma.

Hello all,

This is Tim I live in as you may have guesed Oklahoma and I am faily new to smoking. I have smoked a brisket or two that were good but not fall apart good. I have a Char-Griller duo that I just put the wood box on and am planning my first smoke in a long time. I think I will start with a ham I watched Jeffs ham smoking video and looks simple enough. Any way I have seen some good things on this site and will contune to check it out.

Tallenf, and hope you enjoy it here;there are many here with various equipment and the knowledge to lead you to succes.

You have a Char-Duo and the SFB.,if you happen to want to try smoking with wood only,read the Wiki (in the header at the top of the page) and look up Woodburning101, under instructions.May be of interst.
