Pops I remember I had to have the butcher single cut this ribs when I spotted them as a Cross Rib Roast or long bone shoulder arm ribs, whichever one it might have been. Got a steal on them as they were mismarked. Never got to find them that cheap again. Sad because they were one tender rib.
