Nice Job, and the pork should be just as good.  I agree with bmudd14474 that the stock thermos are normally off.  I got my Maverick on Friday and used it on Sunday, it was spot on for temp.

never posted my follow ups on the pork, how dare I, definately would have been a homerun with some bacon inside, still was good regardless

Hoit, you have no clue how bad I want to grab a bow and take my cut for the winter haha, or maybe you do, every Sunday I step on the back patio and there are 6 or 7 doe standing in the woods munching away...then that very rare buck hanging around who im sure is always lurking way back in the shadows out of view...its driving me insane
