Spare ribs on UDS

Thread Starter

Well I finished my first UDS build last weekend and decided today was a good day for my first smoke on the UDS. Ended up cooking two racks of spare ribs. Cooked @ a steady 250 for 6 hours (3,2,1). Have to say that I'm very pleased with the food the uds produces.
