I simmered it for about 10 minutes, put in frig, and reheated when the meat was ready. It was a hit with everyone at the Steelers bash.

Hey Bigfish!  That is not considered sampling!  That is called "quality control" and all good cooks do it.

Gotta have that "quality control". My wife thought I was joking when I said I had to go get a case of beer before I started smoking until I left and came back with the beer. I told her that is is actually a written law that you have to drink beer while smoking meat.

Looks good.   I am doing one today myself.  One of my favorite sauces for PP is Sticky Fingers Carolina Classic, it is a mustard base sauce that is absolutely awesome.  I prefer it compared to a vinegar sauce.  That's just me though.. Great job once again.

I have had some mustard based sauces that I like. I dont think there are many sauces that i have tried over the years that i did not 

like. I put this out with some sauces and hardly anyone used anything. Everyone loved the finishing sauce. Thanks all.
