Started with 2 lbs of 80/20, added some onion powder, garlic powder,CBP, a shot of worsty and Kosher Salt.
Smoked in the Char-Broil offset @ 250º with cherry in the AMZNP.
I've smoked burgers many times, but the cherry in the AMZNP was the best yet!
