Thanks!  I used buttermilk for the first time and I was pretty happy with the results.

Same here, Since its really hard to find fermento or any other form of starter culture here in the Phil, I decided to experiment using buttermilk and I'm really glad i did. Thanks to Smokingmeat forums.
