This is my first try at BBB. I don't have any 'before' pics only some 'afters' But they are the best!  So far everyone says it is great.

Nice job.   Looks delicious.  So is that just black pepper on top, or did you use other spice?

 Just black pepper for the first try. Turned out nice. Smoked to 154 IT. Haven't been able to get it from the bag to the skillet yet! Rave reviews from friends and family.
