This is my last smoke for the next 3 weeks, as I leave to the USA
For 2 weeks on business. I will be in LA and in Vegas with stop in London.(i will have the laptop with me)
I can’t leave the family without a stoke of pastrami so ,
I corned beef topside for 12 days and smoked it for 14 hours at 225 with Apple & Cherry
It came out great and yummy but in two colors I don’t know way
But it is soft and juicy.
