Fresh wings from Winn Dixie.. Made a small batch of tips brine and into the REVEO!!

Pulled the vacum and got them spinning. What an awesome machine..many thanks to Nepas!!

Had some leftover Kingsford and R.O.red in the wsm so I fired it off with them and set the temp to 300.

Local pecan for the smoke...

All vents open and the guru running wide open.  Had to take the top off several times to coat and flip them so the temp stayed at around 275.

While the wings we cooking I made a coating using butter, hot sauce, old bay and a little sugar.

Coated and flipped a few times and out in about an hour.

Delicious....

It's whats for dinner!!

  Have a great day!!

Eastman’s Marinating Miracle
Finally, Eastman Outdoors brings the vacuum tumbling technology and marinating perfection restaurants, butchers, and delis have used for decades to the home chef. Typical bag and pan soaks can be messy and time-consuming. Then, after all that hard work and waiting, the marinade still doesn't penetrate past the surface of your meat and quickly burns off the minute the food hits the grill.

Watch the Reveo roll
The Reveo offers better, no-mess marinating in 10 minutes rather than 24 hours, while using only half the amount of marinade most recipes require. Grill steaks so tender you can slice through them with a butter knife, with this easy-to-use, automated tool--no hand-pumping required. The Reveo barrel is also dishwasher-safe and includes a full 1-year warranty plus a detailed instruction booklet with dry and liquid marinade tips, tumbling time guidelines, and a selection of Flavorista Flavor marinade recipes. With the Reveo, fork-tender, mouthwatering meals are simple. Just choose your food, choose your marinade, and stock, lock, and roll.
Stock, Lock & Roll

Reveo Barrel

Using Eastman’s patented technology, the barrel’s internal paddles stretch food fibers. Meanwhile its tumbling action allows food to absorb 15 percent to 20 percent of its weight in marinade, massaging flavor to the core for even saturation. The sturdy container will hold up to 5 pounds of food.

Control Panel

Easy, automated 1-2-3 controls and charts in the included instruction booklet allow you to choose the right marinate time for any food--from 5 minutes for delicate fish to 20 minutes for a whole chicken.

MariVac Pump

The highest-powered pump available for at-home marinating--and FDA-approved for commercial-grade vacuum tumblers--the MariVac quickly pumps air out of the Reveo Barrel, allowing food fibers to stretch and expand while marinade gets pulled into the core.

MariVac Pressure Valve

This valve keeps pressure out and locks flavor in. Clearly marked indicators on the dial make it easy to harness the power of the Reveo so you can start your own taste Revolution.
Product Description
The Reveo MariVac Food Tumbler provides better marination in 10 minutes than two days of pan soaking. The patent-pending MariVac technology eliminates days of advanced marination and allows a level of marinade absorption and tenderization that's simply not possible with traditional marinating methods.

I did these wings in it for 60 minutes...three 20 minutes trips.

Nepas turned me on to this unit a while back.

Got it from amazon out of their returned unused bin..100 bucks delivered..

Works great making jerky.
