Thanks guys/ gals...!

@ Nuts: I already tried that. Doesn't work... LOL! I agree though, best meat porn pic I've been a part of.

@ Mballi: I would agree wholeheartedly that the Slaughter house brine should be the go to brine for all yard birds...

@ Bigfish: I will be brining 3 birds tonight for smoke tomorrow! Love making pulled bird sliders...

@ Colorado Shawn: Have fun trying... Also note I use an aerosol refillable pump filled with Olive Oil and would spray the out side of the birds every time I opened the smoker to move them around (3 times basically).. Helps the skin from drying out too much!

Killer birds !!!!
Thanks Roller! I smoked three more birds this weekend and had a huge dinner (for the folks), BBQ chicken sliders for lunch and then added some more chicken to a huge stock pot of gumbo...! Still have one more chicken to eat... Love me some leftovers...! Happy Smoking, Smokin - K

Wow! Great job on the Q-View and the detailed explanation. Also, EXCELLENT job on the end result!!! Those birds look so good, they literally made me hungry. By the way, I LOL'd at your comment - "I can die now".

Thanks Q...! I love this forum! I'm learning bunches and the reward is amazing food! One of the best compliments I recieved from my brother inlaw was how fast he inhailed his dinner the other night. I'm not sure it had enough time to hit his taste buds... LOL!
