 Great looking PP Paron, and yes, the bone should come out without any meat attached! Perfect!  I also use SoFlaQuer's sauce, however, I cut it in half to not have the strong vinager taste. Just my preference. You said you use store bought sauce. Have you tried Jeff's sauce for your PP?  It is awesome!

I have not tried Jeff's sauce but it is on my list.  I know store bought sauce is a little frowned upon but I really love Sweet Baby Rays!!!  In the near future I am going to start experimenting with making my own sauce.
