Christmas in October

I do believe Christmas seemed to come early for me yesterday as I received my Ultra ship 55 scale, a great deal on oak logs and the best package was the one from Todd that contained my Maverick ET-732 and my amnps with all the little goodies that went with the package I ordered. I was completely unprepared for the weight of the amnps though as I nearly dropped it when my brother handed it to me. Test burn in a couple hours to see how it works. Put it in the smoker at 275 for 30 mins last night as instructed.

Excellent service there Todd thank you very much for your patience with all the questions and comments. I do see now that we need to order the 6' probes though. Standard ones are just too darn short.

Thanks again

Dave

:) Merry Christmas.

I did similiar,, Maverick, AMNPS n plenty of pellets to do a dozen smokes. Hohohoho,, first run turned out with great results,, little scary sitting there watching the remote temp instead of stabbing meat every couple hours :)  I need more practice on it,, gonna do 2 8#'s Friday night.

Thank you Sir Todd,

:)  and a couple more for quick service and it does work perfectly :) :)
