I made corn beef pastrami and i wanted something different with it
so i made a salsa i call it salsa romana Because it reminds me a Romanian salsa
here it gos
Burn on a grill a eggplant and peel it (drain the juice)
Burn on the grill peppers and peel them
few cloves of garlic
1/4 cup oil (i used canola)
one tin of pickled chili
salt and black pepper
in to the blender and pules bland
add oil if you need more.
Wow it turn yummy
