For the glaze I take 2 cups of my BBQ sauce you can use any bbq sauce that is not too sweet and add 1/3 to 1/2 cup of Good Honey to taste add 1 & 1/2 TBS of your favorite Chicken rub and finish it off with one drop Dave's Insanity Sauce or any other heat source the key is that you only want the heat in the background not to over power the sauce..

That's some pretty bird...On my list to work on perfect, consistent, Chix...JJ

Sweet! Thanks Ecto, I'll give it a try. Smoking some wings tomorrow night, have to get them prepped tonight. Too tired to smoke today after smoking ribs late last night. lol

If it taste half as good as it looks you have a "winner winner chicken dinner"

Has Texas stopped their burn ban yet?

Houston lifted it a few weeks ago might even be able to get a comp in this month.  A lot of the state is still under the burn ban though.  We had two inches of rain this weekend I actually smoked those in the rain.  The way comps are getting around the burn ban is having firefighters on site.
