First Meatloaf

Well, a buddy of mine came up this weekend and brought a Meatloaf Recipe with him. And all the goodies to put in it. Here is the recipe:

I took some brats that I made and used them instead of the sausage. I mixed everything up and split it in half. They are about 5 lbs each. One I am cooking just like it is on the recipe, except I am smoking it. The other one I added some Diced tomatoes with green chilies. Here is the ingredients and what they looked like before smoking.

The one on the left is the one with the diced tomatoes and green chilies.

I will post the finish product pics once everything is finished. Maybe even get a Bearview before it is all eat.

This is the one with. My only regret is that I used 2 cans of diced tomatoes and chilies. I should have added more

bread crumbs or cut it down to 1 can. I will remember that next time.

Also they were both very tasty and juicey. Cooked them at 230* for 41/2 hrs. Will definately do this again. 

I need a better camera this one is terrible.
