I hope it got past the stall, Gators2000. If it was 170 @ 7:30, I think you could be in for a long night.
It came out great. Took forever to get from 180 to 200+, but I stuck with it and was patient. It was about 10 hours for a 6.5 pound butt (does that sound about right?). Cooked it yesterday for a party this afternoon. Everyone thought it was awesome! Great sandwitches. Thanks for following along!
