It came out great. Took forever to get from 180 to 200+, but I stuck with it and was patient. It was about 10 hours for a 6.5 pound butt (does that sound about right?). Cooked it yesterday for a party this afternoon. Everyone thought it was awesome! Great sandwitches. Thanks for following along!
