Them things are makin me drool..  As far as dog hair goes, we call it ''seasoning''.  even my coffee has gotta have at LEAST one floatin around in it.

  I keep a small zip loc bag of it in my pocket in case I gotta eat out somewhere. [Ain't carried a baggie since the early 70's.]  Got a house full of Rotts.

What a mouth watering good post Bomber...! I did 10 pounds of Shooters Brats just a week or so back and I'm down to 4 sausages left... They go quick so make more then you think you'll need... @ Bearcarver... You crack me up!  Happy Smoking, Smokin - K

Well I am glad you all like what I do.  LOL  Cheese is great mixed in and try just subbing bear for the water instead of boil in beer.  Same great taste and nothin sweat out of em.  LOL   Have a great one.

Looks great. Perfect size and color. Looks like you used natural casings too. Nice job. BTW. Brats should always be boiled in beer then grilled. At least that's how I learned to do them at Milwaukee Brewers tailgate parties in 1980.

Thanks!!!  They tasted great.  I drained off the onions and peppers and pan fried them then added them back on top of my bun!  Whoa did those taste great!  A nice little bitter bite from the beer!!!
