My usual grillin recipe for fine beef products. SPOG on both sides. L&P on one side. EVOO on the other side.
Ready for some fire.
Fire. Don't know why my flash isn't working. Around 450-500 degrees on the grill. About 4-5 minutes a side.
Foiled and waiting for the sides.
Roasted potatoes in the making. Cavender's, SPOG, parsley, sliced onions and EVOO. 375 degree oven for about 1 hour and 15minutes.
Some sauteed shrooms will go great with a NY Strip also.
You do realize that the steaks actually aren't sitting there while we wait for the taters. I did cook it in the correct sequence.
They were foiled when I did the shrooms though.
Steak, taters and shrooms all together living in harmony. Albeit for a very short time.
And a little Bearview.
These steaks were killer. Better than the 7.99 ones at the grocery stores by a mile.
