Yesterday I decided it was time to stock up on sliced turkey for "smokey bird"(bacon & turkey) sandwiches. I took 3 turkey breasts and injected with a mix of EVOO and Lawry's seasoning. IMHO this makes for super moist turkey. Rubbed EVOO and Lawry's on the outside then in the MES at 225 til they reached an IT of 160. Smoked with mesquite chips. Let rest and sliced 2 and put the other in the freezer for later.
