Last night, seasoned liberally with Onion and Garlic Powder, and then some good old Montreal Steak Seasoning.
This afternoon, loaded it into the Webber rotisserie, half row of oak in the AMNPS for flavor at the start; for a couple/few hours at 235 +/- to an internal temp of 130.
