Publix had Sirolin Tip roast for 3.99 this week, so had to give it a go.

Last night, seasoned liberally with Onion and Garlic Powder, and then some good old Montreal Steak Seasoning.

This afternoon, loaded it into the Webber rotisserie, half row of oak in the AMNPS for flavor at the start; for a couple/few hours at 235 +/- to an internal temp of 130.

Lol, sorry, it tasted as good as it looked.

Moist, tender, juicy, and just the hint of oak smoke I was looking for. Wasn't sure just how well the AMMPS would work on the grill, but it did it's job admirably.

Looking forward to thin slicing tomorrow for sammi's...

I learn something new every day!
The AMNPS works good on a grill, if it's not directly above a direct flame.
I have the same grill, and place the AMNPS on the grate. Never thought of using a rotisserie and removing the grates.

What A GREAT Idea!

Looks great . I use my AMNS and AMNPS in my grill too I am lucky that I have 4 front to rear burners so I can put the AMN units off to the side.

Mine's a 3-burner side-to-side, I used only the back burner, set the dial just past the marking for medium, pretty much straight up and down, held the temp right where I wanted it.

So no fire at all under the AMNPS, and it chugged along just right, easy - thin smoke.

Actually just shy of a half row of oak pellets, a little over an hour's worth. Just wanted to add that little "campfire" flavor component. Just right.
