What a brilliant looking set of ribs mate ! So, just so its clear, the foiled ones were sauced during, and the others were left unfoiled ? Have I got that right ?
For the newbies out here could you go into a little more detail on your rub and sauce the smoke ring looks real good on these ribs.
I personally don't use tin foil which ones were the driest and you said 225 did you manage to maintain that temp for 5 hours also was the moistness related to height in the smoker.
I'm always looking to improve my bbbacks also did you use a water pan.
Thanks for the post they looked great
Nice smoke ring 83! I buy my BBRs at Costco all the time as well. They are good quality and taste great. I have experienced the same thing as you described. Out of the same package and they are different tasting sometimes. I'm glad they are packaged 3 racks to a pack!
Totally awesome man. I planned on smoking my first ribs this Saturday, I'm excited and can't wait. I hope they turn out as well as yours. It's going to be my longest smoke yet. Great smoke and qview, making me hungry even after having just ate dinner. lol. Great job man.
