Wanted to introduce myself.  Been smoking for about 7 years. Started with an ECB, and and using a CharBroil Deluxe now.

Having a big gathering (10-12) with chicken and ribs, hickory smoked on Oct 30th.

Good to be here!

That sounds nice. You must be around Palmetto or Bradenton. Just got an invite to go dove hunting in Wachula on Oct 8 or so. I know the smoker will be in use. I'll let you know.
