That looks great I love chicken, did the skin come out crispy smoking at that low of a temp? I usua;;y have to use my gas smoker for chicken as the cookshack has to much humidity and at 250 the skin is not great.

Looks Darn good. I am going to pull out some yard bird from the freezer and geter ready for the weekend.

Love the montreal seasoning. Had some chicken Mont. and liked the steak version better even on chicken.

We use in on just about everything.
