Lurking for a while and finally joined. I have put several posts on the SMF Facebook page. Latest was yesterday with pulled pork. Just started smokin' this year. I am hooked. Looking at possibilities of turning this into something more than a hobby. Wife can't believe that I am getting up at 4:30 in the morning to start smokin'! Anyway, I am currently using Master Forge gasser. Already looking to upgrade to a quality offset. So far I have smoked spare ribs, chicken, brisket, Boston Butt, and duck. All have turned out great! Look forward to learning on here.

   Hope you are rich,the BBQ business is tough and the regulations are worseconfused.gif. Try doing some for friends and such first and see if you can sell it(under the table) and dodging all that liability.

   You may be good,but gotta have the Scratch.

I do for Family and Friends and such,I just don't advertize,Big Brother is watchingpolice2.gif.
