So I have been lurking around here for a month or so, just reading recipes and info about smokers, etc... You guys are a wealth of information! Thanks!
I have been 'smoking' on and off for years on a variety of smokers... Lil Chief for trout, salmon and cheese... I have done a couple turkeys on a ECB... Built Alton's flower pot smoker, have done many butts and ribs on there, but always had trouble getting it hot enough... Currently I'm doing my first smoke on a 22" kettle with an iQue 110 temp controller... Put a couple racks of St. Louis ribs on at 8:45 this morning and everything is still looking good right now..
I'm also a homebrewer... brewing and smoking are two hobbies that were made to go together!
