Hello all, thought I would introduce myself after many months of lurking and gleening as much info from you guys as possible. Got into smoking after visiting Grill Stock this year. Decided I would have a go at making my own out of a small BBQ, dustbin and few pieces of scrap metal from work. Worked out pretty good but I wasnt too keen on using the glavanised bin any more than i should have, so brought a ProQ Frontier. So far I smoked a brisket, pork shoulder and few fatties, also some veggies with mixed success. Looking forward to being able to still get out there and cook some food even when the weather takes a turn for the worst. Now I have a bit of experience im looking forward to posting some Qviews and carrying on seeing what all your all up to.
