A guy at work told me about UDSers and it caught my interest... I have access to 55 gallon drums...  So I thought what the heck lets give it a try...here are some pics of the 1st and 2nd one i made and I love them they are right up alley of fun and price level!!!!

oh you guess correct Dave!!!  I have been having fun making these smokers I am allmost thinkiong of making them and seeling them!!!
 
I am going to be going out soon to fire one of them up i have a rack of ribs, a small brisket and a small pork loin to put on there for today....   I only get time to smoke on the weekends so I have to make sure they are full...

this was last weekends smoke on one of the smokers it was so big i had to use both of them i couldnt get the 2nd grate in the smoker with this big boy in there,,,
 
not to sound like a geek..but the vikings one has an "R2D2" lean to it..you should totally make a star wars themed smoker..
