Just wanted to introduce myself. I am Mike, I am a greenhorn as far as the smoking scene goes. I have been reading furiously on here and decided that I am going to try smoked bacon and blue burgers, and a mushroom, swiss, greenpepper and onion fatty. I will try to take pics, but then someone will have to walk me through putting them up. Everyone have a great day!!!

Well, so far I have found a bunch of interesting information. I also ordered the amazin smoker for my MES 40". It shipped today, thanks Todd.

Once I get it, I will just about be ready. I plan on doing some smoked salmon, and maybe some catfish, and also some stuffed Brats wrapped in bacon.

Would just like to thank everyone for all the info so far.

Takin the e- course already and have done tons of reading using the handy dandy search box.

Everything is great so far.

Welcome the info on this site is never ending. You will love the fatty I tried a greenchile cheese burger, I should have wrapped it in bacon, I used a lean ground beef and it ended up a little dry. As you well know you learn from your mistakes. Good luck .
