This smoker was built March 29 2011.  I have only used it since mid June.  I am selling it, not because I don't like it, I absolutly LOVE it, but my restaurant caught on fire in the electrical system and I am having too many issues to continue at this time.  I do not expect to start back up anytime in the near future, so therefore, I am selling off my equipment.  If interested, you can contact me at 209-829-8694.  I am in California.
 
How much are you asking for the unit?  It might be a little overkill for my operation, but I'd be willing to consider it if the price was right.  Have you done any cold-smoking in it?  Is it possible to get the temp a tad lower than 100 degrees?  Also, is there a warranty it's under that is transferable?
