I started yesterday with a simple brine of 1 gallon of water, 1 cup of salt, about 1/4 cup of rosemary and 1/4 cup of thyme. I soaked a 4.5lb baby chicken for about 24 hours and cooked it in my showtime rotisserie. It was sooo good. Out of the brine, I put on my multi seasoning that I made (lowrys, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika and some black pepper) and let it go. In the future I will only add black pepper as the skin was pretty salty but the meat itself was amazing. Learning experiences are the best.

Too small for these young eyes but the overall color looks like it was mighty tasty, good job!
