Hi Everyone,

Just found this forum today, so I thought I'd join in!  I'm up in Kitchener, Ontario, Canada.  Been grilling for many, many years, but I'm fairly new to smoking.  I bought a Landmann propane vertical smoker (the 2 drawer style) last year and have been really enjoying it.  Still working out some issues with it, so I'd love to learn some tips and tricks to getting better results.  I've had a quick look at some of the recipies, and I think that I'll be thoroughly enjoying this website!
