Smoked a flat yesterday and it came out pretty good.  My best so far.  It hung up at 150ish and I just kept trucking.  Wrapped at 170, off at 200 and then wrapped in an army wool blanket in the cooler for 1.5 hrs.  Not quite as juicy as I'd like, but man was it tender!

Not great pics, but better than nothing!!

First is after 2.5 hrs, then 5 hrs.  Cut up...the spread, some ABT's and some good Pico!!

Had some homemade jalapeno bbq sauce as well!
 
It was homemade, but the neighbor brought that one over so I can't help you out bud!  Sorry, it was really good if that makes you feel better!
