Hey guys I get to fire the smoker up today since there is not a hurricane or earthquake going on this week.
I love college football for this reason. I can drink beer and cook and eat food all day! My wife is a saint.
Here is what I have so far.
Rubbed it down with some Gelena Street spice from Penzy's spices. It is great on pork so we will see how it is here. Also coated it with brown sugar.
I rubbed it with some Tony's and garlic powder yesterday and soaked it in apple juice all night in the fridge. Put in MES and patiently waiting. But while I wait I am having these wings I smoked earlier. Yum!
