Inspired about all the prime rib smokes going on lately I bought this little gem for two.  Washed down in Worsy and Montreal steak seasoning then wrapped and placed in the fridge over night.  Sometime today it will go on the smoker.

MMMmmmmm, nothing like Prime Rib!!!

Did you trim it, or was it like that when you bought it?  It seems so lean.

Doesn't mean it won't be awesome!!!

PS:   Keep your eye open for Worcestershire (Thick) sauce, at your store. Seems to work better for me.

This was how I bought it.  It's Certified Angus Beef I got at H-mart yesterday.  All their meats are very lean.  I guess Koreans prefer their meat that way.  Will have to look for the thick worsy.

I checked out Lea & Perrins website and found a coupon for the Thick Classic Worcestershire Sauce.  It looks like Walmart might carry it.

I'm glad you found that coupon.

A long time ago a guy was looking for the Thick, and I found that coupon for him.

I was going to look it up for you, but I got sidetracked, getting things ready here for the storm.

LOL---They actually still have that same coupon!!!---That's great !!

It's smoke time and my wife just got back from the post office picking up my new Smokenator.  Just in time for today's smoke.  I placed 48 hardwood briquettes inside the Smokenator and 12 hardwood briquettes coals on top of that.  Then added some hickory chunks.  I found some Omaha Beef Chuck Flaptails at the butcher yesterday so I threw those into some worsy, A1 sauce and molasses.  Emptied the rest of my Jeff's rub into the bowl also. These look like candy now and I know there will be a fight for these. Look at that water boil.

Dinner is done and nothing left.  The roast was a bit to lean for me and I thought it lacked a lot of the prime rib flavor.
Looks Great !!!

The fat that was missing would have given what you were missing, I'm sure, but I'm also sure it was still Great!!!

Nice Pics too!!!!
