new A-MAZE-N-PELLET SMOKER. I am smoking 2 Pork Loins today using my new pellet smoker that I bought from Todd this week. I know now why he named it what he did I am 4 hrs. into the smoke and have used only 3/4 of the first row of pellets. The smoke is just right not to much and not to little. I did supply some air into the bottom inside of the smoker with a small pump because my Electric smoker has NO air vent holes in the bottom. It is working great. I am using the mixed blend pellets and the loins are getting a real nice color to them..I will post Q-View later. I will not be able to post a Money shot because both of these are going to the church.
