Nice of them to say that, but it is no big deal to me?

We already knew all of that.  Pops, you are the butcher who has taught us all so much!

Then, they disrespect you by the "meatcutter" title.

There is a big difference between a meat cutter and a butcher.

I respect you a butcher, a much higher level than that!

Nice to be recognized, though.
