You nailed this one. I am going to be trying this for sure.

Two questions

1- About how long would you say it took to cook on the grill?  just about 4-5 min. a side they do cook fast

2- Have you ever tried them in the smoker say at  around 325+ degrees?  I have not but thought about it. i think they would turn out just fine.
 
a couple of questions..  are they thick chops and you cut the bone off ??..   and are those dill pickles ?
