THAT'S BRILLIANT!!!!!!  And a heck of a lot easier than the Traditional Method!...JJ

thanks everybody the marinade is really easy,I have modified it to my taste so i'll give you the original and you can go from there

3/4 cup orange juice

1/2 cup lime juice

1/3 cup oregano leaves

6 clove of garlic -chopped    (this is what I thought needed the most adjusting)

1 teaspoon cumin

enjoy!!

Man you knocked it out of the park with this recipe.  Thanks for sharing - Kevin yours looks good too

You nailed this one. I am going to be trying this for sure.

Two questions

1- About how long would you say it took to cook on the grill?

2- Have you ever tried them in the smoker say at  around 325+ degrees?

Windshield, those look obscenely delicious!!!

What a fantastic idea for a cubano.....all I could possibly imagine adding would be the crusty roll to put the meat into, but as you plated them was fine enough for me.

That fatty was also another  brilliant take....and you sure made it look picture perfect, too. Gonna have to try one myself soon. Wow. Thanks for sharing the marinade too....sounds tasty.
