Last nights smoke. Couldn't get pictures to load last night. Sorry fro the wait. Got these for just $1.46 a lb! Of course at that price they required some trimming on the under side but still worth it. Not as meaty as I like but better than some I've seen in stores lately. Kept simple with some Pappy's Prime Rib seasoning. Did 2-2-1 as I prefer it to 3-2-1. After an hour in I added some L & P Worcy and water to water pan for a Worcy steam. Also added Worcy to foil during middle 2 hours. Tasted great and super tender.

Gone are the days of meaty beef ribs it seems.
When I ran a BBQ joint 30 years ago the ribs were all meat. Two ribs fries and a salad was a meal. Just goes to show you corporate greed. Now a days they think miracle grow will make them money which is just opposite, let them graze and get fat, more meat ...more money. JMHO!

I remember about 20-25 years ago even places like Sizzler restaurant chain would run all you can eat beef ribs specials and they had twice the meat of anything I see in stores now.
