Hey guys I have been in a rut of smoking pork shoulders and chickens.  This week I wanted to smoke a few chuck roasts.

For the life of me I cannot find any threads on here as to a set of steps people take to smoke a chuckie.

So I was wondering what does everyone do?

I do it just like I do a brisket.

Rub it, toss it on the cooker till the internal temp gets in the 200 degree range and it's probe tender. Then I wrap it in foil, then a towel, and toss it in a warm dry cooler for a while to rest. I like mine pulled, not sliced.

Here are some pics of what I do...
