For those who like oriental flavours, this a a simple (if cheating!) way to get those flavours into a sausage. Usually i abhor using commercially produced flavourings, but a lazy sunday resulted in these snags. To coarsely ground chuck steak I added pork fat, a can of mild satay sauce, salt, onion powder, white pepper. Next time I will use a hot sauce, or, preferably make the satay sauce. Nice taste, helped by saute potatoes with onion and a salad. In your neck of the woods, there would be Asian groceries which stock dozens of brands of this sauce ? Worth a go.......
