Had tons of fun out there smoking with my MES. The AMNS made it all worth while. Did some ribs, chicken, canned corn (mixed in some jalapenos and cream cheese), and 4 cheese mac & cheese all in the MES. Everything turned out superb, even made a nice vodka sauce for the ribs. I'm loving this.

Pardon the pics gents. I was just snapping what I could as I was hungry, drinking Vodka+ splash of CranGrape didn't help much there either. Awesome forum here with excellent support. I'm definitely enjoying myself.

Smoked Apples for dessert. Had to try these, it was awesome.
