AL posted the pic of his PR Friday, It looked so good I took my last 5 lb er out of the freezer and let it thaw in the fridge until Sunday.
Rinsed and patted dry
Rubbed with SPOG
Smoked at 225º with Kingsford BB and pecan.
I probed after 2 hrs, the IT was 111º
Threw on some asparagus wrapped with some bacon me and my buddy Craig (fpnmf) made, Yummmmmy!
Some twice smoked potatoes with shredded Fiesta Blend cheese.
Pulled at 137º and rested under foil for 30 Min's.
Sliced at 140º IT with some Bear View
I think I need a bigger plate
