Did Chicken Quarters on my new smoker yesterday

Sorry but I forgot to take pictures but I cooked them about 200-225 for 3 hours.  Marinated them for 4 hours in italian vinigarette and then put the rub on them 1 hour before cook time.  Put them on the smoker about 2:15 and pulled them off about 5:15.  Used Frontier Hardwood Charcoal and spilt cherry logs.  Had to add Charcoal once during the cook.  They turned out very well.   Was very pleased.  Going to do a brisket this weekend.
