I have always been in to to cooking. I am a firefighter in Georgia and cooking is a big deal here especially grilling and smoking. I like to make different kinds of rubs and marinades, and experiment with different flavors. I have always been mainly a grill Guy. I have tried to grill just about everything. I have a stainless steel 4 burner propane grill, a Weber charcoal dome grill and a charbroil grease-less fryer. I am in the middle of a rear firebox smoker build that I would like to share with everybody and maybe get some ideas for it. I look forward to joining your community and learning all I can about smoking.
