new to the forum but bin smokin for years just recently purchased a Master built 30 really makes life easy and results great to date smoked a butt,babay backs and chicken yesterday ran out of shelves the butt was slow about 12 hours at 225 but finished excellant.

The ribs had the wife who doesn't care for ribs back for seconds SUCCESS.
