Hey Everyone. Just got done battling a 4 pound pork shoulder that took much, MUCH longer then anticipated, i suppose its the legendary "plateau" Started at 11 Am, ended at 9:30 pm, anywho, enough talk, more pictures

And then the rain started, i had to improvise for a bit, meat was at around 155 at this point, granted it was at that point for an hour or two
Moved it inside and foiled at 165, about 10 minutes later it turned into a downpour, glad i moved it when i did, stole a picture of the bark:

Topped it off with the finishing sauce from this website. I must say, it was an epic battle, but i think i won
