Here's the recipe Craig was asking for.

We call it 16 clove garlic, shrimp linguine.

16 Clove Garlic Shrimp on Linguine

Recipe By     :  Judy & Al's Kitchen

  8        ounces  linguine

  2        tablespoons  butter

  4        tablespoons  olive oil

  16      cloves  garlic -- peeled and chopped

  1        pound  shrimp, large, raw

  1        tablespoon  parsley -- freshly chopped

Cook pasta Al Dente, drain, pour back into pot, stir in 2 to 4  tablespoons butter, set aside with tight fitting lid

In a hot wok, add 2 tablespoons olive oil, turn to medium high heat,  add garlic

Stirring often for about 3 to 4 minutes, then stir into pasta,

In same pan, (or WOK)  add 2 tablespoons olive oil, heat on high, add shrimp

Stir often for 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are almost pink, DO NOT OVER COOK   Add the pasta and garlic to shrimp, stir for 20 seconds only... just to blend

Sprinkle in parsley

Serve and enjoy with hot garlic bread

First congrats on your new smoker .it looks like It does not matter   what smoker you use it will turn great and this one is no different

great meal  it looks juicy and tasty .
